OLN Tech Inc. is a Delaware company incorporated during 2018. It is a self-funded, start-up focusing on personal security apps.
Joanne Ono
CEO / Founder
Prior to starting OLN Tech, Inc., Joanne held general manager, engineering and marketing executive positions in high tech companies including Apple, Cisco and AT&T Bell Labs. Awards for products she defined and managed development through launch include Cisco’s first Consumer Electronics Innovation award and a Data Communications Hot Product award. Products and initiatives stewarded include the world’s first VoIP residential gateway (Cisco), GM of Cisco’s Unified Messaging Business Unit, Apple’s networking division, business expansions via acquisitions, Sun Microsystems/Apple alliance, Cisco’s first DOCSIS products, and BBN’s video servers.
Joanne holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering with Highest Honors from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

Leanne Lee
CFO
Leanne Lee is the CFO and is responsible for the finance, legal, and business development. Prior to joining OLN Tech, Inc., Leanne was the Vice President & CFO of the Asia Pacific Region of Amway. Her experience includes leading the region’s finance function, ANZ market operations, and the Region’s Transformation (Restructuring) Project Team.
In addition, Leanne lead tax and treasury functions in a variety of industries, including consumer packaging, medical diagnostics, B2B exchange, and aerospace. She started her career as a consultant at Ernst & Young.
Leanne holds a Master of Science in Taxation and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. She is a CPA and served on the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity of Kent County, Meijer Gardens and the ITW Charitable Foundation Board.
